Initial Consultation

This is your chance to meet us, and ask any questions you may have about the service that Piers Photography can offer you. This session is designed for you to explain how you envisage your special day, details such as the type of photography you like and the kind of coverage that would best suit you. In order to help you in your decision we will have examples of our work and the kind of products and services we have to offer.

If you decide that Piers Photography is the best way to capture your wedding day, it will be necessary to complete a booking form and contract and return this to us with your cheque for £500 to secure our exclusive services for your wedding day and pre wedding shoot.

Once confirmed you will receive a copy of the agreement. We will also provide you with a suggested list of photographs and ask you to amend this to fit your wedding helping us tailor make your photography package to include all of your desired photographs, this will also provide you with a rough time line of your wedding.

The Pre-Wedding Shoot

The pre-wedding shoot is a fantastic opportunity to get used to being in front of the camera and to take away any nerves about the photography on your big day! The benefits of this shoot are as follows...

  • A great opportunity to have some lovely images of the two of you together in a more relaxed and casual environment than on your wedding day.
  • It enables you to become more comfortable in front of the camera meaning that on your wedding day you’re at ease and comfortable with being photographed. Being yourself is truly when the best photographs are taken, and this is what we want for your wedding.
  • This pre wedding shoot is the perfect way to meet the photographer and help them understand what you like, your style, personality and reiterate how you want to portray your wedding day.
  • You are able to try out some 'poses' for the big day!

    This will take place 3 months or so before the wedding, these photos will be placed on our secure website for you to browse and choose the ones that your chosen package provides you with.
  • One month before the wedding you will need to pay for the balance of the wedding.
